One of my first weddings as a photographer in Australia covered all the must-haves in Melbourne. We started off with the preparations in Collins Street before heading off to the ceremony at the Old Treasury Building. From the wedding ceremony, we went through the Treasury Gardens to the Parliament House. Before the reception started at The Stolen Gem, we managed to squeeze in some wedding photos at Pellegrini’s Espresso Bar, China Town and GPO. As a first Australian wedding I was super excited. What a list!
Old Treasury Building
The intimate Melbourne CBD ceremony at the Old Treasury Building worked like a charm for Tori and Brendan’s wedding. Not only was the ‘husband and wife to be’ super sweet, but the celebrant was hilarious.
Pellegrini’s Espresso Bar
As a lover of coffee, I loved the opportunity to capture this sweet place. It might be a well-known location for wedding photography, but I believe there’s a reason for it.
